How can i ban myself from mn ??????

Honestly, I know you can apprently fix it so that your computer won't let you on it, but how ???

I am on firefox by the way if that makes any difference.

well, if you know how to make mn a restricted site, then you'll know how to un do it, won't you??? maybe from Internet Options somewhere? you just type in the website address? Not quite sure?
Why do you want to do it?

Easiest would be to remove modem cable, cut to pieces and bin it!!!

You could have a password put on your computer that cuts in when you shut it down, so you can't go on again until the person types the password in. But this means you don't have access to rest of computer. You would have to get your dp to put the password on.

He wouldn't have to go onto Mumsnet to do it. You can block Mumsnet but, as someone said, if you know how to block it you would know how to unblock it.

nutty, i once tried to ban myself- via telewest - from being able to phone mobile phones. It didnt work- as i was the bill payer, i was the one with the passcode to call mobiles.

moral of story? dont do it.!
