You girls need to get Sven over so you can do the lick, sip suck off him. I think there's a name for it but can't remember. You need to lick the salt off his belly (or anywhere else you fancy), drink the Tequila and then suck the lemon from his lips.
I would recommend you don't try this with Pedro as you may end up with lemon and dentures at the end.
