ask them!

just saying this, as i had my bike serviced and did not ask. they replaced the inner tube on my back wheel, but failed to notice that one of the spokes was broken on the front wheel (or may have broken during the service i am not sure...). i did notice, and immediately went back to shop (within 5 minutes). they offered to fix it, but then charged for the repair seperately.

it cost £75, took them a total of 2 weeks and then they did not even clean the bike...

i am not going back to this shop.
