Paroxetine and nausea

How long after starting anti depressants do any side effects start?

I took my first one this morning and am feeling nauseous now. Is it likely to be the paroxetine already?

Tummy upset with SSRIs (which is the type of drug that paroxetine is) can be quite common in the first couple of weeks. It does settle down though. If it's not improving after a couple of weeks then go back and see the GP.
