Can anyone recommend a book on preventing eating disorders?

My dd(6) is a real perfectionist and worrier, I have always worried that she has the personality type that seems common in girls with eating disorders.
We are struggling with her getting upset at mealtimes and I just feel like I am handling it all wrong and driving her to somewhere even more difficult. Does anyone know of any books/guides etc that might help me please? She has school dinners everyday now as packed lunches started to end with her refusing to give up on anything, even if she didn't like it, and having to go eat in the office because they were clearing the room!
TIA.

I don't know of any books but just wanted to bump for you.
In this situation I would back off completely from any tension around meals and let her eat as little or as much as she likes.
Divert attention away from food!

Hello Lovebuckets andMrsRuffallo :)

I'm a bit late to this but my friend and colleague is about to publish a book aimed at carers of Eating Disorder Sufferers. It's written in a very approachable way and takes a positive stance on this terrible issue. It's due for publication in April but you can keep up with it and her on Facebook;
HOPE with Eating Disorders
