loo squats - brilliant exercise

Seriously - try it.

30 squats after every time you use the loo. It can be tricky in tiny cubicles but not impossible.

With a pelvic floor like mine that means at least 300 squats per day ... and no-one knows I'm doing it.

Have been doing it for two weeks and now have thighs and a butt like a gladiator.
