I use Panda too and also get this message. Its to do with setting your updates to update automatically. I managed to work through the menus to do this BUT then was told I was entering the wrong password (which was clearly rubbish as it was the one they had provided). So now I just live with it and close the pop up whenever it appears. keep meaning to find a different anti virus product and then uninstall Panda which is probably the best solution.
