CATing someone

When you CAT someone how do you know if they get the message and how do you know if they have replied????

They get your email address, and will reply directly to you using it. It can take a while, especially over the weekend.

you know they have received it if they reply to you! your CAT is delivered as an email in the normal way - MN is just an intermediary

If they reply it will be direct to your email address.

CATs will only be passed on when someone is in the MN office to do it, so might not get sent over a weekend.
