I had an auction for some workbooks, the auction ended, I sent off the invoice, only to have a stroppy email back from buyer asking for a discount in postage !!!.
I stated that I could do a small discount, but did she realise that these books were really expensive and that she had a bargain.
She didn't like this. I offered a refund, didn't want this also. I told her that she should have queried the postage price before bidding on the items.
Sent off items, now left neutral feedback for me. How can I return the feedback for her. I want people to know what a difficult customer this is and that she is so awkward !!
How can I do this, as feedback comes up a leaving a positive comment, which I don't want to give her. Suggestions please ??
