my text has gone all little and I really don't know how to change it back to normal text as am a technophobe! I can't read hardly anything on the threads and sooooooooo don't want to miss anything!

Go to view on the top tool bar. Go to text size and change it to medium

If you have these at the top of your screen - file, edit, view etc....

Go to view and where it says 'text size' see what it is on.
