there are things jumping in compost - can i still use it.

MY compost is last yrs but i want to use it, its has slugs and hopping things in there as well as worms. can i still use it because of the hopping tthings?

The slugs and hopping things and worms are also in the soil in your garden. If you are just spreading it on the garden - why not?

ok then i didnt know if they were fleas. Worms and slugs didnt bother me but the hoppy things do.

If the hopping things are kangaroos, I would not use it because they might squash your flowers.
