I like it when you thank someone & they say 'you're welcome'. Some people find is so hard to be thanked that they foot shuffle & look at the floor. Much nicer to accept thanks.

Oh I agree dropinthe. Too often we think something nice about somebody but don't actually get around to saying it out loud to them.
