How much ??

Not that I am being nosey you understand

Evesmama · 24/04/2005 22:22

we went to see it today(not finished yet though) its gonna be absolutely beautiful... massive sweeping staircase, hall is bigger than our living room, 4 rroms down stairs, plus kitchen, plus utility, pluss double garage with workshop, plus 3 huge full size fitted cupboards down stairs, plus huge W/C...and dont get me started on the upstairs!! or huge(wide not deep) back garden with two big old trees that they can hang a swing of for niece...not envious at ALL!!!!!

I shouldn't have looked

Evesmama · 24/04/2005 22:23

£430'000

at the risk of sounding like Kevin and Perry....it's soooo unfair!!!

Evesmama · 24/04/2005 22:28

i know

however, on a more practical rather than envious note...it is far too big!, dont think they'll use even half the space!!

hey..maybe we could move in too!!!!!

hunkermunker · 24/04/2005 22:35

Think of all the up keep costs and cleaning, that should cheer you up!

We've just moved from a 2 bed flat to a 3 bed house with small garden and every Sunday we're tiding, cleaning, weeding, cutting grass etc. Prefer the old life!

Evesmama · 25/04/2005 19:26

oh, she'll prob hire a cleaner too.......ME!!! to pay for the new house

OP posts:
KBear · 25/04/2005 19:44

and think of the bills, the council tax, nah, small and cosy is much better!

Evesmama · 25/04/2005 21:30

im quite happy with small and cosy..but in a better area!
