franca you can come and parent my 11 months, teething, non sleeping through baby. i can even pay you a bit.

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 27/04/2009 21:40

Never mind the spaghetti on the wall but CARPET ON THE WALL????

I'm not going to comment on the sunday with top gear ... and me in my early days imagining and envying you and dp a bit of a sartre and de beauv (previous shocking sexual discoveries of course ).

the fridge has been bought by dh exclusively for his beers and occasional overspilling stuff if I ask politely. He's waiting for me to find stools from the charity shop to put there. I might buy him a 'here's the bar' sign. How sad!!!!!

re dd2 mouth - today I was spoon feeding both from the same plate. while one spoon was going in dd1's mouth 2000 were in dd2.

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 27/04/2009 21:41

why what happened franca?

I had a day like that last week. not nice is it.

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:42

Sputnik, I remember finding the ad for a psychotherapist who offered therapy to people who had been to boarding schools

Masseuse... I can do nights, if I'm free to go to Liberty during the day

Sputnik · 27/04/2009 21:43

No the carpet was on the floor of the kitchen. That was bad enough.

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:44

Nothing in particular, I just lost my temper more than I'm comfortable with. They've been so lively. They are never tired. Which I find an endearing quality, but not all the times.

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:45

I feel drained.

Sputnik · 27/04/2009 21:46

Ah that happens to all of us sometimes Franca.
Well it does to me anyway. We are not perfect.

Camomilla · 27/04/2009 21:46

franca, we all have those days, don't worry...

sputnik, no no no, please don't mention carpet and kitchen/bathrooms in same sentece! (now am visualising friend's all bathroom with pink carpet, including carpeted bath panel and big valanced pink satin curtains)

hated last month of pg, so many aches and pains

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:47

One of the 2 maestre (I had a colloquio today) seems quite taken aback by how much ds talks. I know . Again, I think he is fab, he's always enthusiastic, always engaging etc, but sometimes I feel like Magda, Furio's wife, I think I told you this before.

Sputnik · 27/04/2009 21:49

Bleugh at pink valanced bathroom.
Right, I have to go to bed, night all.

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 27/04/2009 21:49

franca exactly the same here. I've realised though that I do lose my temper coincidentally when PMS. So once a month I lose it. I can see that I've got no patiente at all and everything grits. when I told dh of my discovery his reply, a bit sarcastic I'd add, was 'REALLY? You don't say?'

So I am going to try to find something that can help me specifically during those time. Maybe I lack iron or energy or sugars etc

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:50

But I'm always far from being perfect

Sputnik · 27/04/2009 21:50

Are you about to run off with a guy in leather

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 27/04/2009 21:51

sorry but LOL at Magda!!!! 'Non ce la faccio piu' sitting on the autogril bathroom'

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:51

don't ant and dec look peculiar?

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:52

Exactly pippi

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 27/04/2009 21:52

and the tache...oh I see a pattern here

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:52

Sadly not sput

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 27/04/2009 21:53

what's got to do with ant and dec?

dd2 still 'reading in bed btw.

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:54

my fav furio

francagoestohollywood · 27/04/2009 21:55

No, nothing, sorry! I was just looking at you tube and there was a bit of Britain's got talent...

Camomilla · 27/04/2009 22:08

sorry, got lost in the supposte thread.. just wish I'd tried them with DS (3 adults pinning a 2 yo to siringe some calpol down his throat and have it all spat on was so not fun), he's terrible with meds still, will only take nurofern. and when I had tonsillitis and had to take paed antib, OMG they were pure evil torture! no wonder kids hate them! DD, on the other hand, just eats anything, and has cried when I haven't offered her a second spoon of the disgusting cherry paracetamol syrup

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 27/04/2009 22:08

didn't they always?

off to bed. Maybe dd1 will come and talk to you since she's adamant she's not tired.

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 27/04/2009 22:09

My two think paracetamol is a treat. Not good. For this reason alone I'd like to try the supposte.
