Internet banking - £2.5k gone : (

Hi there, just a word of warning really cause this just happened to me. Logged on to my Lloyds internet banking and £2.5k was gone out of my acccount made by two transfers to a Mrs A Depaka (or some similar sounding name). Phoned bank and they are onto the case but its very upsetting. We have had problems with viruses on the computer even though we do have norton 2005. No more on-line banking for me.

OMG that is terrible I do all my banking online I think I will give it second thoughts now Are you covered for this sort of thing?

They told me that if it is fraudulant I will get the money back. I think if somebody had gone and spent 2k on a TV in currys with my account somehow i would be up sh#t creek, but seeing as this seems to be somebody's personal bank account, possibly overseas I am not worrying too much. I don't have any cover though.. maybe i should
