Any ITU nurses here?

I have a hankering to work in ITU,loved it in my training...eons ago.
I am doing my return to practice course ,will be finished by september.
What do I need to do to get a job there?
I have heard you can get the training once you have the job..sounds too good to be true though.

I used to work ITU (last post was old F grade). Have plenty of senior ITU nurse friends still and happy to give you the benefit of my wisdom and pass you on to them if you are near. CAT me if you still want more info.
