A man at dh's workplace managed to hit a kerb whilst driving a new Range Rover and then proceeded to turn the vehicle onto its side flattening the mesh fencing and a couple of cars on the other side. He alleges that he blacked out although it's widely suspected that he fell asleep as he is prone to falling asleep during breaks etc and doesnt cope well with nights. My question is if he was on the roads and this happened what would the Police's stance be? Would he be prosecuted or banned from driving?
