Hi, I have my driving test tomorrow (7th attempt) and feel so nervous, does anyone have any useful tips or advice?

No useful tips or advice but wishing you TONNES of good luck

GOOD LUCK. My DD's driving instructor recommended Bach Flower Rescue Remedy. I've really no idea if it helped or not but she is a very nervy type and did pass (only on her second go) - might be worth a try?

I passed on Friday - nearly fainted in disbelief. I honestly thought I'd failed in the first few minutes. I guess this took the pressure off.

These tests are so unfair because being so nervous and putting so much pressure on yourself is not conducive to passing.

I know many people who took many attempts to pass and consider them to be very good (safe) drivers.

Good luck - you will get there.

Good luck

Only Tip: dont have a drink before hand like a friend who turned up to hers drunk!

Thanks for all the support but sadly I failed (nerves got the better of me - even the examiner said I can drive well), I've applied for another one next month and I will pass it then. Still feeling like crap though.

MrsWeasley · 30/03/2009 23:25

oh hard luck, next time you will pass

brimfull · 30/03/2009 23:27

Wear something green...tis a well researched fact that people will take a liking to you if you're wearing green and thus pass you!!!

Honestly !!

brimfull · 30/03/2009 23:28

oops sorry have just seen that you didn't pass

good luck next time

Poor old Plum! Good luck for next time. You are surely due that little bit of luck you need to go with the good driving the examiner noticed today. Be sure to let us know when you pass next time so we can give you a cheer.
