Question about Next directory and returns

I want to order maternity bits from directory, but have a maternity top I bought in store. Can I return this top using the Next courier when I order the new bits?

I dont think so as you wont have the delivery note with the item on it - you have to fill in the reverse of the delvery note to say which items you are returning and put it in the bag you give to the courier.

I don't think so, as it won't show on your account as having purchased it from the directory. Maybe worth emailing them, you can do it from their website I think.
