i'm 5'9 but have a freakishly short torso and long legs and yes my seatbelt tries to strangle me even on the lowest setting with the seat as high as it'll go

Mine does too, and oddly, I am short with big tits...perhaps if they were even bigger though, they could sort of hold the seatbelt at a respectable distance and take the pressure off my neck? I reckon an H cup should do it

I'm 5'4" short too and have big tits also (we're twins ) and yes it does in some cars - in my car I can move the fixing thing on the door pillar down enough to make it comfy.

Possibly granny/eggs here. Have you tried moving the seat belt down? Most cars let you adjust the height of the belt where it attaches to the car.

Mine does too, its fine in colder weatrher when wearing a coat as the seatbelt tucks under the collar, but a nightmare in the warmer weather. Jux, wearing your seatbelt like that is illegal, just thought I'd let you know

I have a great car tho with a seat that can raise itself so I can lessen the pain of the cut-my-head-off belt.

yes, it often does but i always look for one that moves down and put it as low as possible. current one is ok (just) when in lowest position.
