Bought something online back in October, they delivered it, now they say I haven't paid for it........?

Bought a playmobil christmas house in October on line. Entered credit cardc details, had it delivered to my work address.

Only now they are invoicing me at work saying it is not paid for?!!! Well why did they send it to me?

I have changed credit cards now and have no record of the payment but I know it went through.

They have emailed me and are asking me to call their accounts department to assist them in finding out what happenned.

I feel like saying get them to ring me actually, they sent the item out, their mistake I feel.

What would you do? This is 5 months later FGS....

Send a snotty note asking them to ring you. In the meantime, I'd get in contact with old CC company & ask them for the statement wth transaction on it so you can prove that you did pay for it.

But, having said that, would kick up an almighty fuss about it being 5mth on & why didn't they contact you before now!!?? & why send it out & wait so long if it wasn't paid for in the first place

You don't have a statement? I'd probably ring the credit card company and ask them to give you confirmation that it went through.
