Bought a playmobil christmas house in October on line. Entered credit cardc details, had it delivered to my work address.
Only now they are invoicing me at work saying it is not paid for?!!! Well why did they send it to me?
I have changed credit cards now and have no record of the payment but I know it went through.
They have emailed me and are asking me to call their accounts department to assist them in finding out what happenned.
I feel like saying get them to ring me actually, they sent the item out, their mistake I feel.
What would you do? This is 5 months later FGS....
