Soory if this is me just being very very dim.
I am applying for a change of name on my passport.
Passport is currently in married surname however due to divorce, I am now wanting to go back to using my maiden name.
So, does anyone know if I have to send my birth certificate and my divorce papers or just birth cert?
Yes I've read the guidance notes but just want to be sure ... having a nice but dim moment!
