if my mortgage is 125 and i want to reduce it so my monthly mortgage is alot lower and i have 55k equity what prices of houses do i need to look at.

Sorry to be vague but i am not sure about my figures or how to work it out

Assuming you'll need to pay legal and removal fees you probably don't want to look at much more than 150k, preferably less
