ideas needed please for outift for DS for Red Nose day at school?

2 of his friends are going as 118 118 (they are all 7/8). DS has only just mentioned it so, although i should have known the school were doing something, it is only now that we are raking our brains for some ideas. We've suggested PJs and dressing gown, uniform on backwards, pirate fancy dress but these have all been turned down by DS. He wants to look funny to his friends it seems. I have red hair spray and some face paints (although mainly girlie colours). Any ideas gratefully received.

Hmm - time is running out, mckenzie. The best I can think of is Horrid Henry - dress him in civvies, spike his hair with gel and spray it red? Not the best, but probably acceptable at stupid o'clock the night before? At least it avoids the girlie face paints

thanks shytalk. DS decided at about 3am this morning (yes really, it was obviously playing on his mind as well as mine) to go as a football fanatic, with red hair as an optional extra! Some of the children looked absolutely fantastic this morning - I have promised him that we will make more effort next year. DS was happy enough though.

that must have been very sad to watch. Thankfully DS was quite happy with his football kit, a football and lots of red hair and the end result was the same (ie money for Comic Relief). DD's pre-school didn't do anything but she insisted on red hair anyway

Quick fix for when you've forgotten about crazy clothes day - turn them inside out.....
