Help! What do I want/what would you want for your birthday?

I've got so used to trying not to spend money (and definitely avoidance of shops is the key), that I have no idea what I want.

I don't want clothing vouchers as I'm currently fat and want to fit back in my old clothes not buy new ones.

I'm going to ask my brother for a fitness dvd, but that still means I have parents, in laws and probably a sister (at least) who will ask what I want.

What would you like or can you think of anything nice and indulgent?!

A Wii fitness thingy? A few sessions with a personal trainer? A gym subscription? Manicure, pedicure, facial?

Ah - smaller presents - I am clean out of ideas there. I want lots of 'big' stuff (in ascending order, a wii fit, a kenwood chef, a blissful teak hammock stand and an even more gorgeous bed), none of which I am likely to get, but get stuck on smaller stuff.

However, in place of my Amazon addiction habit I have taken to putting onto my wishlists (one for me, one for the DC) things which I would previously have impulse-purchased. Before birthday/Christmas I go through and delete anything I no longer really want and then send a link to the list to anyone who asks.

It worked for Christmas - my parents bought me a selection of things that I really wanted and couldn't justify buying myself.

Don't think I'd like a gym thing, sounds like the opposite of indulgence (there could be a reason I've got fat)....

A pedicure or something is a good idea though.

I like your idea about using Amazon.

Think I need 2 things worth about £50 at most and smaller stuff.

Any more ideas?!
