ok here's the deal...
My sis recently came 'round and commented on how well behaved my DD (2 yo) was. She then went on to talk about her friends' GS of the same age who was very "naughty". When I asked further she explained that he was hitting other children a lot and was rude and angry to his parents. She then said they were hitting HIM on a regular basis, sometimes on the face . I told her this was really disturbing and I am sure it is illegal to do this, I want her to explain to her friend that what the parents are doing is very damaging and illegal but I am not even sure 100% if it is against the law. Can anyone advise or post a link I can pass on I can't seem to find anything myself....
