my elderly auntie has just been asked to switch to these on the phone . bt haven't heard of them. anyone know anything?

She's given her sort code out over the phone.Mum's told me all this and told me not to mention anything to her as she's feeling pretty stupid as it is.
Apparently,she rang BT and gave them their number (which I can only presume she got from 1471).They apparently rang my auntie back and told her that they had spoken to the company involved and had made them cancel her details.BUT my mum reckons my auntie has only told her this to SAVE FACE.I could do with their number to GOOGLE it as no matter how I spell LAZY (which is apparently pronounced LAYZEEEEEEEEEE TALK),I not coming up with any results whick makes me wonder if it's a big con.
