shoe fitting thingey

Does anyone out there know where I can get hold of a proper kiddy shoe fitter? We live in Spain and they don't fit shoes here so I would love to have one and then buy the shoes online from UK because they are cheaper.
Any ideas?

Sorry can't do links but if you go onto their website and go to the heading along the top that says "fitting", then the "do it from home"

Don't know if they will deliver to Spain though.
