So now that Woolies is no more where do I get school socks from?

Use to always get dds school socks from Woolies, pack of 5 not too dear - sorted. Now I need green (eeurgh) socks. Well dd2 neeeeeeds them mummy - I will only relent if they are not too expensive. I need Woolies!

Don't get me started on the demise of Woolies!! I don't know where to get anything any more, as Woolworths was the one sensible shop our wee town has! (had)

DD likes green tights for school, but socks have to be white. Quite like the green

Ah should have thought of there. Afraid I have an aversion to bottle green because it was the colour of my secondary school uniform which I hated with a vengence! Mind you at least they had ditched the hats by the time I got there, small mercies etc.

Can't get to m&s just yet anyone any other suggestions?
