How do I get money into my paypal account?

Do you transfer money from your bank,is it safe?

Would rather get money in from my ccard but it doesn't say if there is a charge.

You don't have to have money in your paypal. When you set it up you will have directed it to take the money from your bank account (and usually if there is no money there then it will come out of the credit card account you gave them). So when you pay something with paypal you then have a minus balance with paypal and they take it themselves.

I don't know, it's never happened. But I presume so except you will of course get charged interest on your cc balance.
