I need to do something at home after the lo's have gone to bed.

Was thinking about a rebounder (???)- those little trampolining things.

Not averse to using a good exercise dvd if anyone can recommend one?

What do you do to keep fit at home (if anything)?

Barbara Currie yoga

stretching the muscles elongates and tones them -much better than throwing yourself about

Sounds more dignified too!

I like Tae Bo. It's quite energetic, but reasonably safe - at least, I tend towards soft tissue injuries (mostly knees), and have had no problem with this. DS1 also likes watching me do it. It comes in a wide range of difficulty levels, and requires no real equipment - maybe a mat.

Pilates are also ok, I have the Lynn Robinson ones.

I love taebo too. I can really reccommend the Billy Blanks series. Only a 30 minute workout but really effective.
