What are your household rules regarding computer/telly/ds/wii (etc) use?
Does the amount allowed differ on weekdays and weekends?
Is access linked to anything (good behaviour, homework completion, etc)
Do your dc self-monitor regarding times, or do you set a timer (or some other method)?
How old are your dc, and does time allowed increase/decrease according to age?

No wii/ds/computer unitl homework is done during the week. Each child (currently 5 and 7) can have 30-40mins on the wii after homework is done. To be honest given that covers over an hour an evening (and my 2 still go to bed at 7) that is plenty. wii/tv time can be lost for rudeness etc

Weekends slightly different as TV/wii gives us a lie-in! Our children seem to get up earlier on the weekend than they do during the week.

Once we're up though, again homework needs to be done first. After that we don't limit TV/game time, but we do try to ensure that we are doing other activities as well eg go swimming, see friends etc.
