Got any interesting scars????

Bein nosey... have you got any interesting scars?

Mine is a nice boring one where my belly button piercing went nasty and I took it out.

Have you seen the dove advert with the woman with the star shaped scar? It looks much prettier than most

I have a little scar on my thumb. I was working in a jewellers and was dressing the window. I have rather large bossoms and arched my back because i kept knocking the display and managed to knock the upper shelf of porcelain, chrystal etc, trying to steady myself I managed to put my thumb through a glass ship in a bottle. Such a dramatic story for such a little scar

I have two c-section scars, one scar across my throat from thyroid surgery last year, one scar across finger where I was "run over" by an ice-skater (spread-eagled on the ice at the time - yeah yeah, funny NOW).

I have a scar on my knee, which isn't that noticeable unless I really look for it, that I got when I was little. Thing is nobody actually knows how I got it. I think I fell off my friends bike that was too big for me, but nobody else in the family remembers this happening, so who knows.

I also have a scar on my left index finger where I cut it with a corned beef tin, OUCH, again only i can see it if I really look.

I used to have a really cool triangular shaped burn scar from when I was working in the restaurant and burnt my arm on the pizza oven. Ran it under the cold tap then put a towel on it to dry but it stuck to the burn, hadn't had it under the water long enough, and it stretched into a triangle. I used to tell people I'd been abducted by aliens, lol It's faded now though.

I have a scar on my left wrist where I had a drip in during my labour with dd1, the needle they used was to big which has left a little white scar.

Have one down back of skull (big ridge of bone) where fractured skull age 2 (probably explains alot )

Another on my forehead - below hairline where mums clocks fell on my head (i got sent to bed for breaking clokc and mum didnt realise i was bleeding (have bright red hair anyway) and when she did she made me toast (was about 5)

One on my right thumb nial (all wonky now) from shutting in car door (that hurt)

One on belly button from laporoscopy

C-section scar

One on right middle figner from door step from childhood

Oh and one on my tounge from piercing i took out, oh and another on nose from peircing.. still have belly button piericng in

Another self-harmer, so masses of scars all down my left arm and some on my thigh.

2 on my knees, one from when my sister attacked me with garden shears when I was small, and one where I got tangled in a razor-wire fence. One on my hand from getting bitten by a horse aged about7.

Oh and like someone else said, probably one from 3rd degree tear when I had ds.

also have scars on my arms from sh...dont know why i didnt mention them before suppose its being conditioned to be ashamed of them

SH scars aren't something to be ashamed of - they are a symbol of who you are, and what you have been through.

I had an ex with sh scars, and I didn't realise what they were - sat and said very loudly in the pub "How did you get all those!?!".. he actually seemed relieved that I'd asked so openly though.

I have a scar in the middle of my tongue where, aged 5, I was pushed off the jungle gym at school and bit nearly completely through it.

thanks flame sparrow...i sort of know that but the sh was only a recent ish thing apart from couple of occasions in teens

I have a circle on my leg from a bottle being kicked into it, wouldn't habe been too bad, but I swear I was stitched by a passing tea lady.

i've got a big scar on my hand where i fell into a pile of glass because my friend pushed me out of the way to jump out of a window in a 'haunted house' because he was a scaredy pants. it's a long story.
