my GHDs broke at the weekend when i dropped them on the floor

they are 4 years old but were in perfect working order..
have noticed on ebay there are a few GHD repairers who for about £20 will repair and send back broken GHDs

what i want to know is has anyone actually USED these repairers (or know anyone who has)

and if so was it all ok etc?

TIA

they all seem to have great feedback etc

(also i know / know of 2 real life people who have sent ther broken GHDs back to GHD who thne cant repair them so dont really want to do that as i expect they will not repair mine mkae me spend £100 on new ones )

Can you not find a local electrical repair shop to have a go instead? E-bay seems a bit of a PITA to me.

www.ghdsrepair.co.uk - only £19.95 including all parts, labour and return post, had them back as good as new in 48 hours! Fantastic service!
