Mine's like that too (though I have lots more than you, ner ner ner!) and I have no idea why.

you must have two feedbacks from the same person it keeps your feedback to 100% ifthey are all positive but the amount from one person is only counted as one even if they've bought and left more feedback for you since.

It (only counting a person once) means you can't get together with a friend to artificially boost your feedback score.

Also as well as having feedback from the same people twice, some people may not be still registered so their feedback doesn't count either.
