clear your temporary files and cookies off your pc.. you can do this by going to internet options temporary files, and clear.

Press Ctrl+H to bring up history, then delete at will

Depends how thorough you need to be and what browser you use.
If you use Internet explorer go to Control Panel - Internet Options (or on the Tools menu of IE) and you will see a button to delete files (temporary internet files) and a Clear History button.

I am in Internet options do I delete;

Temp Int Files?
cookies?
History?
Form Data?
Passwords?

I need to delete all the times I have been on the net whilst at work! I dont want them to find any evidence of me being on the internet.

I would delete all of Temp Int files, cookies, and history. But if you're going through the work network then that will have its own log of what you've been accessing, so deleting from your own PC is not necessarily going to be enough...

AnyFuckerForAMincePie · 01/12/2008 13:54

press the button that says "delete all"

Too much surfing and not enough working!

Deleting it from your own PC won't be enough if it's a work thing, they'll be able to access anything deleted and also see what you've been doing on the network should they be so inclined.
