Thanksgiving etiquette?

I've been invited to an American friend's Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. I'm not American so not sure of etiquette - do I take gift, card, food, wine, all of the above?

They have kids too, so should I take gifts for the kids?

the last one I went to we took flowers which were well received

the hosue wil be heaving with food already

no need for actual gifts

2 years later I've been wondering the same thing and am taking the advice in this post - knew the answer would be somewhere on MN if I looked hard enough!
