Can someone tell me what is the best way to send payment to Germany ... Post Office moneygrams add an extra £12 to the cost of the article. Should I send cash or is that dodgy? The seller said I could make payment to his bank account but would anyone know what the bank charges for that are likely to be?

Thanks

An international money order from Barclays costs £8... not sure about other banks (used to work at Barclays)

I sent cash to Australia once before they accepted PayPal.

I wrote 'Photos enclosed - please do not bend' and put some cardboard in to disguise it.

The money got there so I would do that again.

It was Christmas though so the prime time for sending cards and photos.

Thanks all ... will check out bank charges. They don't accept Paypal so it's not an option.

I just received payment from someone in Belgium & she did it as a bank transfer. She said that her bank didn't charge her anything. Perhaps it's worth ringing your bank & seeing what they say....

Will do Tetley - thanks!
