... you have a telephone conversation with someone you haven't spoken to in 2 years and you manage to exchange all your news within 5 minutes then struggle to think of something else to talk about.

Talking of newspapers - you spot someone reading the Financial Times on the train and catch yourself thinking 'Ooh- pink newspaper! That would be really good for papier mache'

You find yourself watching TOTP, CD Now, or any other music channel and think to yourself - what is that song?, who is that band/singer? - it all sounds like noise anyway - yet can easily identify any nursery rhyme song within the first few notes - or when listening to your child's nursery tape thinking I know what song comes next...
