Slippers for DD (9mo). I know I shouldn't but I want to!

Didn't know where to put this. There isn't a section for infant style and beauty

DD is on the verge of walking, is always on the move anyway. I have wooden floors. She has very cold feet. The floors are too slippery for her existing socks and I don't want to get more socks like the Baby Gap ones with the treads on because I just spent a fortune on socks and tights.

So, I really want to get her some slippers. I know I shouldn't put anything on her feet but I don't want her toes to drop off with frostbite either! So I am looking for recommendations or words of wisdom please.

H&M do the lovely European ones which are like socks but with a leather sole. the DCs love theirs.
