not sure i can offer anything "different". dd1 (5) does a dance class of saturday mornings, no particular style, just relaxed. then she does gym at a "proper" kids gym and after school gym club. there's mini tennis at the courts at the end of our road that we'd do if it didn't clash with our existing clubs.

Brownies is competitive?
what about dance?

Tennis
Computer club
Football
Thai boxing
Golf

my ds (6) after school and weekend things.

was going to say brownies.

dd1 also does cheerleading.

she is going to a theatre group, mainly to try and build up her confidence

and she does swimming, but she is a fab swimmer having done her 1000m a while ago. Its just learning all the other strokes now,

Think she wouldnt mind stopping the swimming lessons but I would like her to do something else

Like the idea of another sport as she gets some exercise that way

thank you

7yo DD1 rides, swims & plays tennis. Is looking to do gymnastics and/or cross country running but that will be competitive.

5yo DS1 rides, swims & plays tennis.

4yo DD2 rides & does a non-specialised dance class. If she shows ongoing interest then we might look at doing ballet or tap etc.

What about martial arts? Judo classes in particular, seem to have lots of girls. I've also heard it's very good for confidence building.

With 4 children we have gone through many clubs over the years, such as:

Trampolining
Horse Riding
Gymnastics
Suba Diving (DD3 was a Master Padi Seal at the age of 11)
Theatre school
Ballet, Tap and Modern
Swimming
Rainbows and then Brownies
Athletics and cross country
VSU

none. ds1 does piano lessons at home.
What do your kids want to do, if anything?
