Blood hound virus

I am officially off of mumsnet at the moment. It's just I don't know where else to turn too to find out how to get rid of this virus and haven't heard of it before. Any help gratefully received.

The official name for it is:-

Blood hound.exploit.20

Can't find anything under that exact name, but some stuff here on bloodhound.exploit.6 so might be worth a read.
