I saw this mentioned on another thread and am looking into it as a money saving thing. We would switch our electricity, phone, mobile and broadband to them to make it worthwhile. Anyone with any experience??

We're just changing to them for gas and electricity - switch over is in about 2 weeks

Please post on here when you know what they are lke. Though I suppose you won't notice much different. I am interested in what their phone and broadband service is like.

Well, I have heard that they are really unreliable on the switching thing.

I mentioned to someone who reps for them that we are moving house and have to go back with bt just to get the phone line reconnected and keep our same number (no phone there for 5 yrs) but we are with Tiscali. She has been ringing me every night to try and get me with Utility Warehouse. I'm quite happy with Tiscali!

I would watch out though as the sellers are on a pyramid type scheme. Whoever signs you up gets a % of every bill you ever pay. So does the person who signed THEM up, and so does any number of people higher up the chain. So all these people getting commission month after month on every bill you pay.

I know this because I met someone pretty near the top of the triangle and she tried to sign me up to be a seller, and she did all these calculations based on me signing up customers but also signing up 20 or 30 sellers who would then apparently all sign up 20 or 30 more and so on down a big chain. Because they get commission on every single bill you ever pay they are just interested in signing you up and not necessarily in how much money you will save. I have heard several people who switched to them say that it was disorganised and didn't work out any cheaper.

I'm aware of the structure as it is a friend who has recently begun as an agent and who herself has been signed up for a while.

Yes but Ilanak might not be.
I have heard several people say they have been really unhappy with the service and not everyone makes savings even if thats what they are promised.
