EBAY - Which is quicker - paying by paypal eCheque or sending a normal cheque?

Have made an ebay purchase but there isn't enough cash in my paypal account, meaning that if I pay via paypal it will be an eCheque. Should I just pay by normal cheque instead? Don't eCheques take ages to clear?

Echeques take ages. Doesn't your paypal top up from your normal bank? Ours does but you might have to be verified.

Echeques take absolutely ages, really annoying as a seller. Some have taken 19 days to clear for stuff I have sold.
