I am currently using my 3.3 litre, for the first time, admittedly, but there looks enough food in there to feed about 6 people and there's only 2 and a bit of us!

Someone here was talking about a 6 litre one the other day though.

CherryChapstick · 08/10/2008 13:58

There are 5 of us mine is a 3 litre and is adequate, never full to the top.

MatNanPlus · 08/10/2008 13:59

IDBIG how many do you need to feed do you wnat left overs?

Slow Cookers are best not used to the maximum limit IMHO.

Oh blimey we're going to be eating stew for a month. I just threw everything in and filled it up to the top! . I know for next time though, if it doesn't explode...

I need to feed 9...should be 10 but one DS won't eat such lovely casseroles.

Must add...4 of the 9 have big appetites.

6 litre eh! ..hmmmm that sounds like a plan!

MatNanPlus · 08/10/2008 14:10

IDBIG sounds like the 6.5lt is the one for you then. Morphy Richards at Comet is 34.99.

IDBIG Amazon and eBay.

Flatmouse yes, on the low setting, as long as you don't leave the lid off they are great.
