I have what feels like one of those enormous spots brewing under the crease of my left nostril (sorry TMI)

There's no redness or swelling but it feels like I've been stabbed in the nose!!!

Wow, haven't had one of those in a while! total sympathy as the build up to point of erruption can be quite painful and then there is the dreaded 'how big can it get?' question. rub some toothpaste on and hope that it tames the beast
