OK, where does it tell me how to do a picture?

Can't find a "how to for idiots" anywhere.

Start a new thread on Member Profiles
Post text that you want to have next to photo
Look up at profile box and click on hyperlink
upload photo from your computer (must be smaller than 18K, jpeg format)
