Personally I never find it as much of a workout as step but it is a good way to start as it is low impact. Have fun

It is fantastic for all over exercise and will tone up just about everything. I especially noticed my legs were more toned. I love it when I get the chance to go!

Well the beauty of aquafit is that you can work as hard as you like (without sweating - hate that !!). I used to go for it completely and really get my heart pumping and I noticed a difference about about five or six sessions. My legs used to really ache the next day - no pain no gain!
