Thinking of buying ds coat of ebay. he is wearing 18-24 month clothes, just wondering how mini boden measure up to mothercare etc size wise?

Small, I think. DS is 23months and is wearing 18-23bottoms and 1823 and some 2-3 tops, but mini boden pjs in a size 3 fit him perfectly.

DD is 2 and a half and tall so is in 3-4 and it is not too long.

I was going to say on the generous size!

Tops comparable to Mothercare, bottoms on the large side (iyswim!)

I only have experience of the pjs, so don't take what I say as gospel

Variable.

Bought dd a t-shirt last spring (before she turned 2) and had to buy 3-4 years to get it to fit. Recently bought her a long sleeved top and coat and 2-3 have got plenty of room in them (now 2.4).

If you get it and it doesn't fit then send it back or buy in 2 sizes and send the one that doesn't fit back.

they dont except returns!

Boden are really good for returns -
My DS 2 and a half is just coming into the 2-3 bracket but the smaller size still fits , he is skinny and average height

norksinmywaistband · 16/09/2008 18:10

Sorry just read it was on e-bay
I would go for 2-3

Biggish I'd say. Ds is 2.9 and small, only just fitting their 2-3 tops and not yet into the trousers. I would buy either 18-24 or 2-3 depending on what you see - boden has great resale value on ebay anyway.
