can anyone help me where i stand with a 2 yr old britax car seat?

Basically bought approx 2 years ago from mothercare and it is the 'first class' one that has a handle that you slide forward to recline the seat on supposed different levels. When you slide it back now it slowly slips back to upright position. Dont have receipt, any ideas?

if its 2 yrs then prob wont get any joy - they won't know that you bought it from there either - you might have bought it from a car boot sale for all they know.
